Had a comfortable stay for two nights, glad I've chosen it. The staff were affable and efficient and the location was stunning in the town centre. Moreover, its next to Viseu, and the main shopping area and sights.
Facilities were clean, yet Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Quirky, fairly clean hotel, good value. Historic building and rooms with french windows facing the garden. - Incredible, lovely location in Viseu, next to the main shopping areas and wonderful parks. - the center of town is an easy walk to the shops.

Marvellous location for our visit to Museum relatively close to the hotel. Found in the shopping area right by a beautiful park setting, oporto from madrid, and the garden area. Such a fairly nice stay for two nights.

I have stayed in this hotel before. It is fine and has a pleasant lobby and garden courtyard, and is very well situated in the lovely city of Viseu. The major negative observation I would have about the hotel is that the room was very dated in furnishings and the rug not clean. I rented a junior suite. The room was large but had none of the quality and comfort you would expect with a "suite". It was basically a bed in a large room with an entry way. The furnishings were very dated and unappealing. Other than this, the hotel is fine and I would recommend it. Staff is pleasant and helpful, good parking, breakfast is passable, but the coffee terrible and they charge for an espresso.

Wi-fi is only in the public area, you would expect a little bit more from a 4* hotel.
